The main customs office offers an additional clearance point at the Bodenseeforum car park for export tickets up to a maximum purchase value of € 275 (gross, per person and day).
Visitors from Switzerland and other non-EU countries can have their export documents stamped directly at the Bodenseeforum car park. This is possible from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm. Afterwards, the goods must be exported immediately via one of the customs offices in Constance. The customs office is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Tip: Use the P&R car park at the Bodenseeforum and continue your journey comfortably by bus. From April to December the "City-shuttle" brings you directly into the city center.
