A paradise for food lovers – the vegetable stalls, farm shops and general and delicatessen markets will delight anyone who loves fresh produce, and they offer a whistle-stop tour of the local culinary treasures. Throughout the year, the region’s markets promise a feast for the senses. The Konschtanzer Schätze market, for example, offers delicatessen, live music and fairtrade products. On market days and evenings, the stalls sell fresh produce from the region. And in winter, the delicious aromas of the Christmas markets – held right by the water – attract visitors in droves …

From March until October the market times are 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from November until February 7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Every thursday there is also a weekly food market in the parking lot of the steakhouse "Heuboden" in the district "Wollmatingen" from 7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
